I recently sold my home in Abbotsford using "Buy My Place"
(the commission free sell it yourself format) and although having been in real estate for 30 years it promised to be a bit daunting. I stumbled upon Costi Legal and the principal George Costi
(in his ultra modern offices with parking at the door) and his professionalism and manner impressed me instantly.

Costi Legal is top-notch Legal service for Property Purchase in my case. Straight to the point. Efficient, Experienced, Effective, Excellent.
We are first home buyer so we checked around and got quotes from some legal services with fancy intros and really high cost - when asked to break-down the cost, those other services had too many hidden clauses and you would get charged twice if failing bid for a property.
Then we got referred to Mr.George from Costi Legal. He is very experienced, calm, detailed, super quick to response even at weekends, early morning or late night - you will always be able to reach out to him. He gave useful and experienced advices for first-home buyer like ourselves. He didn't ask for more payment even when we need him to do something extra outside the scope of the agreed service - in our case we needed him to work with vendor's solicitor on granting us early access for renovation due to personal circumstances and he also did attempt to request a reduction in purchase price for us when we found unexpected issue after Building&Pest Inspection from a 3rd party.
We'd love to work with him again in the future. 100%.
