We offer Fixed Fee Conveyancing at $699* for our legal fees. In addition, we offer Lowest Price Guarantee if you find a written cheaper price from a Conveyancer or Solicitor we will beat it by 10%. Costi Legal provides a premium conveyancing service at an affordable price.
If you require further inquiries outside the ones listed in the inclusions list above these are optional and will be charged at cost to us plus GST. Building, pest and strata reports are not included in our all inclusive costs. We can review building, pest and strata reports for free to ensure all is in order.

*Disbursements you will require are a section 603 council certificate, section 66 water certificate, Office of State Revenue stamping, final title search, and settlement agents fee. All of these cost $300.00 including GST.

*Disbursements are to prepare a contract that would include title search, common property title search (if applicable), deposited plans, strata plans (if a unit or townhouse), section 10.7 planning certificate, drainage diagram, Office of State Revenue section 47 clearance certificate and 2022 contract of sale. All these usually cost about $300.00

We will review your contracts for free, with no obligation to use our services or buy the property. If you have found a property that you are interested in before you place an offer or pay a holding deposit, you need to get the contract reviewed by a property Solicitor. Simply send us the contract, we will review the contract and within 48 hours give you a detailed written review of the contract.
